We check criminal, rental, sex-offender, parolee, credit, evictions, and arrest records on rental applicants. And applicants pay for their own background search with their application-fee.
Standard Rent-Screening
$25.00 per individual, or $45 per couple with the same last name. This report includes all our criminal, sex-offender, parolee, eviction, arrest records, rental background checks, SSN match validation, fraud detection, OFAC/ Patriot Act Search, bankruptcies, leins, judgments and a full credit-report.
$10.00 full credit-report only (on a co-signer, for example).
Expanded Rent-Screening
$35.00 per individual, $55.00 per couple with the same last name. This report includes all our standard background research, criminal, sex-offender, parolee, eviction, arrest records, rental background checks and a full credit report plus a detailed verification report revealing present and prior landlord comments regarding each listed and unlisted addresses, employment verification, bank verification and references. Also we will check records for SSN match validation, fraud detection, OFAC/Patriot Act Search, leins, judgments and bankruptcies.
